Kleio + MediCare™ Refund & Exchange Policy
At Kleio + MediCare™, we adhere to high standards of compliance, hygiene & safety for our employees as well as our esteemed customers. Please note that items purchased cannot be canceled once payment has been made, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the above standards, unless:
- there is a defect on the item(s) received
- a wrong item was received from what was purchased from our store (wrong color, wrong size, wrong print/design etc.)
As customer satisfaction is our utmost priority, should you encounter only any of the above reasons, we allow for an exchange, strictly following these criteria's:
- Your request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving your original order.
- Please submit your request via email - email@example.com - (Subject: Kleio + MediCare™ Exchange), with proof of purchase or your order number and an appropriate description according to the issue faced.
- Your items ordered must remain intact and in its original packaging.
- You are advised to use a trackable shipping service (with shipping insurance) to send it back to us for exchange procedures to take place without any unforeseen issues in the process.
- Please allow at least 2 to 5 working days from date received for exchange procedures, and for items to be processed for shipping again.
- Kleio + MediCare™ reserves the rights to refuse exchange of any items that strictly do not meet the above criteria's. If all criteria's above are met accordingly, Kleio + MediCare™ will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange of your item.
